Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Appliance

  Ensure the product is in its original, uninstalled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to the crate or box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop-off as instructed by our logistics team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
